Jen Spicher is the Chief Executive Officer of Pro Volleyball Federation. In her role she oversees the business and volleyball operations of the League, working closely with the Founders to position Pro Volleyball Federation as the premier women’s professional sport in North America, maintain its strategic growth and development paths, establish profitability within a sound business model, and advance the overall mission and vision of the League in a professional manner and in keeping with the League’s core values. 

In leading the League’s day-to-day operations, Jen’s primary focus will be on managing the League’s global player relations with an additional focus on business operations, revenue growth, and partner relationships. Jen will be heavily relied upon to leverage her vast professional experience while building a similar performance-driven culture within Pro Volleyball Federation, where she will be responsible for implementing an environment that promotes a culture of fairness, inclusion, and respect.

Jen is a seasoned global sales executive experienced in building and providing strategic direction and leadership to high-performing corporate teams. As a Chief Revenue Officer and an Executive Vice President prior to joining Pro Volleyball Federation, she has exhibited a proven history of aggressively driving business development, sales, and revenue growth for multi-million-dollar private enterprises. 

Jen most recently served as CRO for LevelUP Human Capital Solutions, which helps companies achieve their goals by creating sustainable talent programs that constantly exceed expectations. A leader in her field, Jen has developed extensive expertise in building executive-level relationships and providing innovative solutions to create best-in-class processes and results.

On the volleyball side, Jen has more than 20 years of experience as a player and coach. She was a decorated high school, AAU, and college volleyball player, winning a high school state championship and advancing to the finals as an elite AAU player and in college at Wayne State University. She remains active in the sport, currently coaching a youth team for Monsters Volleyball, a travel volleyball club in Metro Detroit.
