Rob Carolla serves as Vice President, Public Relations for Pro Volleyball Federation and has spent more than 25 years as a public relations and communications administrator, striving to provide the best experiences for coaches and athletes in competition while communicating their top stories. His entire career has been working in sports, building countless relationships and dealing with some of the best in the business. 

During stints with Learfield, the XFL, College Football 150th Anniversary, and three different college athletic conferences (Big 12, Big East, Conference USA), he has handled a variety of external duties. Carolla has been intimately involved in the planning and execution of major local, regional, and national events. He also boasts experience on a variety of digital platforms and initiatives – from building websites from scratch when the internet began to planning and scheduling for modern social campaigns. 

He has served as the President of College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA), the 3,000+ member national organization for strategic communicators in college athletics. Overall, he contributed for seven years on the organization’s Board of Directors. 

 Rob has a passion for his two energetic and wonderful sons, the New York Yankees, travel, movies, and any episode of Seinfeld. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Connecticut and was born and raised in New Jersey.
